We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategy.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute operational strategies to support the company growth and expansion plans
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the smooth running of all operational activities

- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational processes and drive improvements where necessary
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the company to ensure financial stability and profitability
