- Pirana Road, Ahmedabad.

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and security programs to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. This role encompasses the oversight of physical security, information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess current security policies and procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to the organization’s assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into business operations.
- **Incident Response**:

- Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security breaches or threats.
- Oversee the investigation of security incidents and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and oversee audits as required.
- **Security Awareness and Training**:

- Design and implement security training programs for employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- **Collaboration with External Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with external partners, law enforcement, and security organizations to enhance security posture.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the security budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Justify security investments based on risk assessments and business impact.
- **Physical Security Oversight**:

- Ensure the protection of physical assets and facilities through effective security measures.
- Oversee the deployment of physical security technologies (e.g., surveillance systems, access control).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
