**About Us**:
We are a reputed jewelry export company specializing in high-quality silver and brass jewelry with semi-precious stones. Based in Jaipur, we export to leading international retailers and are committed to excellence, ethical practices, and timely global deliveries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Export Operations Executive** to manage and execute all export-related documentation and shipping coordination. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments and compliance with global trade regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, Bill of Lading, and other regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and shipping lines for booking and dispatch.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks under LC, DP, or Advance payment terms.
- Handle post-shipment documentation and follow up for Bill of Entry and EP copies.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain export records and filing in accordance with company and customs requirements.
- Manage DGFT documentation like advance license, EPCG, and RCMC as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws and regulations including jewelry hallmarking and HS codes.
- Coordinate with international clients regarding shipping updates and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in export operations, preferably in the **jewelry or handicrafts** sector.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping terms (INCOTERMS), and logistics.
- Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, and other export-related portals.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and documentation software.

**Preferred**:

- Working knowledge of customs and EDI systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
