**Job Summary**
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process customer orders received from various online platforms in a timely manner.
- **Dispatch & Courier Coordination**: Pack and dispatch orders through designated courier partners, ensuring timely pickups.
- **Inventory Management**: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and update records accordingly.
- **Stock Inward & Outward**: Manage incoming and outgoing inventory with proper documentation and system updates.
- **Returns & Exchanges**: Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring items are logged, inspected, and restocked.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- **Education**: Minimum graduate in any stream.
- **Language**: Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- **Commute**: Must be willing to travel daily to our warehouse in **Sitapura Industrial Area**, Jaipur.
