**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms like **Amazon, Walmart,** and others.
- Process incoming orders from clients and ensure timely communication with warehouses for packing and shipment.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and stock levels, coordinating with relevant teams to avoid delays or stock outs.
- Conduct daily analysis of product performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in product listings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize product listings, promotional campaigns, and advertising strategies.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with e-commerce platform guidelines and company policies.
- Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and e-commerce platform representatives to resolve any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, especially on platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in **ENGLISH**, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **2+ year Experience** working with warehouse or logistics teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
