**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine system checks to detect and resolve issues with hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems with computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Monitor network systems and ensure continuous operations with mínimal downtime.
- Back up and restore data regularly to prevent loss of critical information.
- Install and configure new hardware or software as required.
- Prepare and maintain logs of system activities and incidents.
- Ensure the proper operation of printers, servers, and other peripheral devices.
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software licenses.
- Adhere to IT security policies and guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of data.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the IT department.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members and end users.
- Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system monitoring and problem resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,013.90 - ₹21,832.77 per month
