**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for performing transaction processing & accounting entries related to AP & GL management which includes PO validation, Invoice processing, payments, reconciliation, and accounting entries as per defined SLA’s.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform receipt of invoices, verification, recording of transactions, Duties & Taxes, and direct expense duly ensuring compliance (internal & statutory)
- Maintain GL’s incl. Advances & Control Accounts for ensuring correct accounting & statutory compliance
- Perform proper recordkeeping for use in tax preparation and periodic audits
- Support AP lead in resolving internal or external accounts payable inquiries
- Support AP lead resolving exceptional cases / issues arising in relation to unpaid invoices
- Perform a two-way or three-way match based on the type of vendor agreement every time an invoice is received
- Assist with ensuring payments of invoices nearing their due date are prepared and approved as per the delegation of authority
- Support maintaining metrics/reporting to ensure relevant AP metrics are achieved or exceeded
- Assist with all purchase-to-pay reconciliation and accounting period ending activities
- Assist in preparation of Shared Service
- related MIS
- Assist in Training for Shared Service-related Workflow & Tool
- Assist in Shared Service-Related Projects

**PROFILE DETAILS**

**QUALIFICATION**

**FUNCTIONAL SKILLS **_(Both essential & desirable)_**:

- Advanced level knowledge of Finance/Accounting systems JDE preferred)
- Good knowledge of GST & Withholding Taxes
- MS Office
- Excellent transaction processing & accounting knowledge

**BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS **_(Both essential & desirable)_**:

- Displays high Drive for Results
- Detail oriented and eager to learn
- Good at coordination & interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
