Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate – Finance to manage core finance functions with a strong focus on Revenue Assurance, Revenue Cycle Management, GST, TDS, Reconciliation, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-volume financial transactions and working on Tally ERP 9/Prime.Key Responsibilities:● Manage end-to-end revenue assurance processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.● Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including billing, collections, and reconciliations.● Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.● Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including returns and reconciliations.● Conduct bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations on a regular basis.● Process and monitor high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.● Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.● Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.● Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Requirements:● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.● 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.● Mandatory expertise in:○ Revenue Assurance○ Revenue Cycle Management○ GST & TDS compliance and reconciliation○ High-volume transaction management○ Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹450, ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:Food providedHealth insuranceProvident FundApplication Question(s):What is your Current CTC?What is your Expected CTC?Work Location: In person
