**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management & Operations**:

- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate funds for operational needs while optimizing working capital.
- Handle IT service-specific billing and revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with service contracts and agreements.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis against actuals, offering actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts to support business planning and growth strategies.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic financial statements, reports, and dashboards to senior management.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure successful completion of statutory and internal audits.

**Cost Optimization & Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project profitability, tracking costs and revenue for multiple IT projects.
- Assist in evaluating investments, including ROI for technology and infrastructure expenditures.

**Process Improvement & Technology Integration**:

- Lead initiatives to automate and improve finance processes using ERP systems and financial software.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize financial tools and ensure seamless integration of finance workflows.
- Establish financial controls and procedures to minimize risk and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA/ICWA/CMA or MBA (Finance) is highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as financial tools like Tally or QuickBooks.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, revenue recognition, and tax compliance in India or applicable regions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and financial analysis.
- Experience with IT service contracts, project-based accounting, and billing models (e.g., fixed-price, T&M).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
