**Responsibilities**:
As a Finance & Accounts Associate your responsibilities would include:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management
- Responsible for TDS/GST working and compliances, carrying out advance tax computation.
- Work with the management to drive further optimisation of metrics, consistently working on improvements in processes.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial strategies that support business growth and expansion.
- Provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to efficiently handle and manage stakeholders viz. Auditors, Banks, Vendors, Brokers and Stock Exchanges.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant 0-3 years of experience
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software's and databases management
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, regulations and budgeting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Financial and Accounting techniques/skills. Should have good experience in IND AS
- Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills in fast evolving environments
- Preferably experience in Singapore Tax System
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to perform well with minimum supervision
- Hard working and strong work ethic
