Job Description Job Title: Finance Associate Experience: 12 Years Software: Zoho Books Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Associate to manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting processes within our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end Compliance & Bookkeeping of the clients including GST, TDS , PT, PF, ESIC - Manage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timely - Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts - Process payments through NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc., ensuring compliance with internal controls - Perform vendor reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reports - Coordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups - Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during audits - Generate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planning Required Qualifications: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting) or equivalent degree - 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles - Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and basic accounting systems - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management - Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills Preferred: - Experience in a service-based or SME environment - Knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, ITR, Financial Statement
