- Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, delivery times, and pricing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring a high level of service and reliability.
- Assist in negotiating prices and terms for contracts with vendor
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Track deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and cost analysis for the management team.
- Process and monitor returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Help maintain purchasing budgets and monitor expenses.
- Recommend suppliers based on cost, reliability, and quality.
