Accounts Assistant

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Reeving stock in the system and issued the same for department against approved material request.
- Prepare Cost analysis report and submit to Operation / Administration Manager.
- Maintain updated records of invoice and contracts.
- Perform monthly stock counting process and submit various stock related reports to the Finance management.
- Incoming material acceptance and Quality control.
**Essential Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management system is an advantage.
- LMV License holder.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
