**Financial Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate financial records including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- **Accounts Payable**: Processing invoices and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Handling guest payments, processing credit card transactions, and following up on overdue accounts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank statements with resort transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- **Payroll Support**: Assisting with payroll tasks such as timekeeping, calculating wages, and preparing payroll reports.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assisting in monitoring expenses against budget allocations and providing reports to management.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- **Inventory Control**: Helping to track inventory levels of supplies and goods, and reconciling inventory records with physical counts.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assisting with tax filings, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and maintaining relevant records.
- **Assisting with Audits**: Providing support during internal or external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assisting in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Software Management**: Utilizing accounting software systems to input data, generate reports, and maintain financial records accurately.
- **Customer Service**: Providing assistance to guests and internal staff regarding financial inquiries or issues.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by the resort management.
- **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Handling financial information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
