Job Summary:
- Process daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions in the resort's accounting system
- Reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions with the front desk and other revenue-generating departments
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including vendor invoice processing and guest billing inquiries
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper coding and recording of expenses
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing documents and organizing financial records
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry, is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling financial data
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
