We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to utilise inbound and outbound calls. The Support Executive’s responsibilities include up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls & chats and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls & chats made and received.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate promising leads from the new and existing customers database
- Expert in handling customer queries on Web Chat
- Develope in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers
- Providing an excellent customer service to the customers based on their needs and capabilities
- Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services via chats or calls

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business
- administration, or related fields is preferred)
- Proven experience of 2 years working as a Customer Support executive (Blended process)
- The ability to follow scripts for Chats & Calls
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reporting skill is an ad-on
- Typing Speed required: 30-35 WPM
