**Job Title: Online Customer Support Representative**

**Location: Bangalore, Jayanagar**

**Role Overview**: Join us as an Online Customer Support Representative. Your mission will be to engage with our clients virtually, understand their needs, and guide them toward innovative concepts that bring their spaces to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and calls, providing accurate information about product specifications, availability, pricing, and any other relevant details.
- Utilize excellent written communication skills to engage with customers and convey the unique features and benefits of our tile products.
- Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and showroom teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions, maintaining a database of potential leads and customer information.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better assist customers and contribute to the improvement of our services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of tile products or a willingness to learn about them.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
