Sales Executive

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Must be from TV Channel, Print Media, Radio or Digital media.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Single handedly set up creative, media, events and outdoor verticals for operations in India.
- Heading Ad Sales of Radio Mirchi in Kolkata.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Must be creatives, media buying, client servicing, outdoors, etc.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
**Required skills and qualifications-**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in brand management, sales, or related roles, preferably in Entertainment Industry..
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in brand management and marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
