**Job Summary**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating leads, visiting clients onsite, conducting product demos, and closing sales. Your primary goal is to build long-term customer relationships and meet sales targets through direct engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable tech solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to align strategies and close deals faster.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the tech or IT sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of technical products or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good time-management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
