Project Sales Executive

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to drive sales within project-focused environments by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve project sales targets.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their project needs.
- **Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Prepare, draft, and present proposals and quotes, then negotiate and finalize contracts.
- **Sales Performance**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and provide regular sales reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, such as project management and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals effectively.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
- **Proactivity & Persistence**: A self-motivated and persistent approach to sales.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Education**: Often requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven B2B (business-to-business) sales experience, often within a project-based industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
