Job Title Project Sales Executive Manager Industry Structural Steel Manufacturing Location Kolkata Experience Minimum 5 years in project industrial B2B sales Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new project-based business opportunities in the structural steel sector Build and maintain strong relationships with architects consultants contractors and project developers Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation technical discussions quotations and negotiations to final closure Coordinate with internal teams engineering production logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects Monitor market trends competitor activity and generate regular sales reports Ensure adherence to pricing strategies commercial terms and company policies Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or a related field preferred Must have prior experience in the structural steel manufacturing industry Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales within construction infrastructure or industrial sectors Strong network in the Eastern India region and understanding of large-scale project dynamics Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated target-driven and open to travel for client project meetings
