Position: Call Support & Operations Executive

Location: Noida

Working Days: 6 Days

Experience: 2- 4 years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain customer records, databases, and documentation.

Generate reports on call metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Assist in streamlining operational procedures for enhanced performance.

Oversee and manage the dispatch of SIMs to couriers or clients, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Track courier movements and maintain detailed, up-to-date records.

Prepare and share accurate reports on courier activities and performance.

Maintain a comprehensive database for the onboarding of chargers and couriers.

Monitor and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Strong computer skills and technical troubleshooting.

High typing speed with a strong focus on accuracy.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, operations, or client coordination roles.

Knowledge of courier or delivery tracking systems.

Ability to multitask and resolve issues proactively.
