- Expense managementPersonal assistants may monitor expenses to ensure they stay within budget. They may also order office supplies and research deals.
- Record keepingPersonal assistants may maintain diaries and filing systems.
- ConfidentialityPersonal assistants may have access to confidential information, such as company secrets, employee records, and financial information.
- Personal supportPersonal assistants may provide support to their employers beyond the office, including with household affairs.
