Job Description: Personal Assistant (Male Only)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
2. Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure all meeting logistics are arranged, such as room bookings, catering, and necessary equipment.
3. Travel Management:
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare and process travel expense reports.
- Open to travelling (Any location in India)
- Flexible for working timings
4. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff and clients.
- Relay information accurately and promptly.
6. Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
