**Role: Call Center Representative Location : Noida (Sector 127) Shift : 6 days (Work from office) Notice period: Immediate joiners**

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Representative to communicate with our customers inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.
- Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.
- Using basic sales techniques, understand customer’s needs to receive all required information and sell our services.
- Capture customer’s details and create orders in CRM.

**Core Competencies required**:

- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience - Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in providing customer service or sales in a call center.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
- Good customer service skills; must be passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the customer experience
- Ability to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, create win-win situations with internal and external customers

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
