**Requirements**:
**Market Experience**: 5+ years of experience in equity markets, trading, or algo sales.

**Technical Acumen**: Understanding of algorithmic trading strategies, execution, and market microstructure.

**Networking & Sales Skills**: Strong network in trading communities and ability to close high-value deals.

**Crypto Knowledge (preferred)**: Experience in crypto trading and derivatives is a plus.
