**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Sales Activities**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales leads.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings and handle inquiries.
- Support the sales team in organizing and attending sales meetings and events.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing the hotel's online presence, including social media accounts and review sites.
- Support the execution of customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
