Respond to and resolve Parts inquiries through follow up with Vendors regarding, parts arrival dates, no longer available or substitution of parts, wrong parts shipped, damaged, short shipped and/or missing packing slips issues
- Select, consolidate, and verify data from various sources for submission to Supervisor, such as Vendor performance, noncompliance, Purchase order accuracy and invoice reconciliation
- Initiate and maintain ongoing open communications with Vendors, Contact Centres and other internal departments to verify, escalate or correct information
- Perform general office duties such as filing office documents, answering telephones, responding to a variety of routine and non-routine inquiries, scheduling/arranging meetings
- Receive and invoice all direct shipments to customer
- Inspects all material received for proper quantity, description, condition, and documentation according to purchase orders, drawings, manufacturers’ specifications, FAA regulations, and/or other specifications
- Packages parts to be shipped out of the facility, and prepares shipping labels and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,473.58 - ₹25,056.02 per month
