**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviews & closures.
- Work on multiple requirements with tight deadlines.
- Strong in headhunting, social media hiring & networking*.
- Coordinate with stakeholders & ensure timely closures.
- Working with organisations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
**HR Recruiter Requirements**:
- Bachelor's in human resources.
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
