**Salary**: 13100 CTC “After 6 Month - 15500 CTC”
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
- Supervising maintenance of high standards of housekeeping, ensuring highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness
- Provisioning of high level administrative & managerial support involving day-to-day activities related to Personnel & office administration
- Overseeing all administrative tasks across the different departments including maintenance of premises, coordination, transport facilities etc
- Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing AMC's for maintenance of office equipments
- Tracking & maintaining inventory levels for all items required and preparing material requirement plan as per the requirements.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Purchase of office stationeries, printers, phone systems, cell phones, faxes. Assessing the requirement, accordingly procuring the quotes and placing order with suitable supplier
- Supervising employee amenities viz. transport arrangements, travel desk, canteen management, hotel bookings, hiring of vehicles, guest house and related.
- Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences and board meetings.
- Administering the CCTV activities
**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration
