Tasks of Sales Coordinator in Edible Oil Industry

1. Sales Order Processing

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.

2. Sales Data Entry and Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, ensuring relevance and integrity.

3. Sales Documentation Management

Manage sales-related documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and receipts.

4. Sales Team Support

Provide support to sales teams, responding to queries and resolving issues.

5. Inventory Management Coordination

Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure timely product delivery.

6. Sales Reporting

Generate sales reports, providing insights and analysis to inform sales strategies.

7. Customer Communication

Communicate with customers regarding sales orders, delivery, and issues.

8. Sales Contract Management

Manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

9. Sales Performance Tracking
