**Title**: International Voice Process - US Shift

**Location**: HRBR Layout, Bangalore

**Experience**: 6months - 10years (International Voice Process)

**Salary**: 2LPA - 9LPA ( based on experience)

**Shift Timings**: 8:30PM - 5:30AM (Monday - Friday)

**Education**: Minimum 10th Pass and above

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Engage in customer conversations with confidence and clarity to support sales processes.
- Resolve queries effectively, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Maintain accurate call documentation and compliance with process standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional English communication skills - fluency, accent neutrality, and strong grammar are mandatory.
- Prior international voice process experience is essential.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
