**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive
**Location**: Mysore

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Voice Process Executives**. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Adhere to communication scripts and follow company policies and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets such as call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within defined processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Experience: Freshers Only**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
