**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Assist the sales team in tracking leads, customer interactions, and maintaining CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor sales performance, and provide administrative support to meet team goals.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
- **Office Supply Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all office equipment is maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate pricing and timely delivery of office essentials.
- **Logistics Management**:

- Support the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipment coordination and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics processes and inventory movement.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internships or projects in related areas are a plus but not mandatory.
