Business Development Associate

This role involves learning and contributing to our company's operations and processes. As a Business Development Associate, you will support senior managers, participate in meetings, prepare reports, conduct market research, and contribute to strategic planning.
You will understand customer needs, work on marketing strategies, and assist in store management and product planning. Your strong understanding of business operations and management will enable you to excel in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
