**JD for Associate System Administrator**

**IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job**
- Should have vaccinated (with 2 doses) against Covid.
- EPABX, SIP Trunk, Local and international Telephony
- Atleast 2 to 3 year of experience in IT Support Engineer.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting and fixing IT Incidents
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone/Remote support)
- Setting up user accounts for new users in laptops and desktops.
- L1 Network Support
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support.

**IT Support job qualifications and requirements**
- Any graduate with Computer Science background
- Good to have ITIL Training/Certification
- A technical and logical thought process.
- Problem-solving skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- An ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Willing to travel to NDBS Branch offices for official work.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment

- Engineer will be part of a talented IT team that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
- Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.
