**About Us**:
SRH IT Innovation Pvt. Ltd., a Delhi-based fast-growing IT and digital marketing company, is expanding to Jaipur We’re on the lookout for passionate and persuasive **Cold Calling Executives** to join our energetic new team in Jaipur.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s services.
- Pitch and explain IT & digital marketing services effectively.
- Identify decision-makers and set up meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain a record of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and close initial interest-based conversations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or telesales (preferably in IT or B2B domain).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
