We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented **Cold Calling Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads, pitch products or services, and set appointments for follow-up. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Make outbound calls** to prospective clients from a provided list, introducing them to the company's products or services.
- **Generate leads** by identifying potential clients, gathering relevant information, and qualifying them for follow-up.
- **Engage prospects** in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and explain how our offerings can meet those needs.
- **Schedule meetings or appointments** for the sales team to follow up and further engage qualified leads.
- **Maintain accurate records** of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- **Achieve daily/weekly targets** for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
- **Handle objections** and provide appropriate solutions to keep the conversation moving forward.
- Follow up on previous conversations with potential clients to nurture leads over time.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the quality of leads and customer responses.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to **handle rejection** and stay motivated.
- **Attention to detail** and the ability to accurately log information.
- Experience in **telemarketing, sales, or cold calling** is preferred but not required.
- Ability to **multitask** and work in a fast-paced.
- **High level of self-motivation** and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in **B2B/B2C cold calling** or sales roles.
- Familiarity with **lead generation strategies** and techniques.
- **Time management** skills to balance multiple leads and follow-up activities.
