**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sitapura, Jaipur, for a Caller at Aaivan Fashion Hubb. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outgoing phone calls to customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with the sales process. You will also handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer skills.
