1. Must be able handle customer on calls meeting the required KPI’s(Call Count, Talk Time & AHT, Call Quality, Compliance, Opportunity Count with good quality, File Login & Disbursement)

2. Customers must be engaged and informed about the company’s product offerings.

3. Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.

4. Able to reply customer enquiries over Call/Phone.

5. Should be able to convert Leads into quality opportunity.

6. Should be able to convert opportunity into login and disbursement further through customer/branch follow up.

7. Have to be detailed - oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries.

8. Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems

9. Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.
