Responsibilities Generate sales: Make cold calls to potential customers, and close deals Build relationships: Foster relationships with existing customers and build rapport with potential customers Provide customer service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback Collect data: Gather information from customers about the company's products or services Create reports: Document conversations and observations, and report them to the team lead Follow guidelines: Adhere to the company's guidelines and methodology Modify sales pitches: Customize scripts for clients based on the situation Transfer opportunities: Route opportunities to the relevant department for further action Skills Excellent communication skills Persuasiveness Patience Problem-solving skills Technical proficiency Basic computer skills Negotiation skills Qualifications 12th grade or higher education Fluent communication skills in the local language Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
