**Job Title**: Tele Caller
**Job Location**: Office Onsite
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Depends on interview and skills)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote services and products.
- Handle inbound inquiries from clients, addressing their queries and providing information.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers over the phone, emphasizing their benefits.
- Follow up on potential leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Record details of conversations and maintain a database of client information and feedback.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls with clients for business growth.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to nurture relationships and offer new services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client outreach.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing** principles and **social media platforms**.
- **Fluency in English** (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and ability to close deals over the phone.
- **Good interpersonal skills** to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or related fields will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
