**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about products and services.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- **Sales Support**:

- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services or products.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the database with accurate client information.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing or other campaigns.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to improve services and marketing efforts.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- Utilize basic digital marketing knowledge to explain services related to SEO, social media, and online advertising to clients.
- Understand digital marketing metrics to provide insights to clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Polite, professional, and persuasive speaking skills.
- **Client Handling**:

- Ability to handle clients effectively and resolve their concerns.
- Confidence in interacting with diverse client groups.
- **Knowledge and Experience**:

- Knowledge or prior experience in **digital marketing** will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or customer service representative is preferred.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to think quickly and provide relevant solutions during calls.
- **Education**:

- Graduate in any field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
