**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all patient-related queries, grievances, and feedback. The role ensures smooth communication between patients, hospital staff, and doctors while maintaining a positive image of the hospital and providing excellent patient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and hospital staff to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining transparent communication.
- Maintain records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support front office and admission teams in managing patient flow and communication.
- Assist in organizing hospital events, awareness programs, and patient engagement activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with patients, attendants, and visitors.
- Provide daily reports on patient feedback and service improvement suggestions to management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure hospital policies and standards are followed.
- Promote the hospital’s services and maintain a positive public image.

- Empathy and a patient-centric approach
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
- Good command of local languages and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
