Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and hospital staff to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining transparent communication.
  • Maintain records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Support front office and admission teams in managing patient flow and communication.

  • Provide daily reports on patient feedback and service improvement suggestions to management.
