Profile Introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's image and maintaining positive relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders. As a PRO, you'll utilize your exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking to enhance our brand reputation and ensure effective communication across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote our company's mission, products, and services.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media personnel, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Create engaging press releases, articles, and other media materials to disseminate key messages.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and events to maximize media exposure.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels, addressing any negative publicity or misinformation promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to align PR initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company during media interactions and public appearances.
- Prepare executives and spokespersons for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities and risks.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns through metrics such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, and brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for PR campaigns.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing public relations activities.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
