Job Responsibilities:

- Checking of field force & IBM Expenses
- Checking the authentication of supporting documents submitted along with the expenses
- Checking of hard copies of the expenses and its supporting’s
- Submission of Bills through SAP & ensuring timely reimbursement
- Maintain proper update of the expenses received and reimbursed.
- Co-ordination with IBM’s for expenses related queries and compliances.
- Checking of domestic Expenses alongwith supporting’s & ensuring timely payment.
- Any other related work as may be assigned by the HOD.
