**Job Title**: Lab Assistant
**Location**: Andheri-East, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on relevant experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sample Testing**: Conduct testing of various chemical samples using our range of titrators and generate reports based on customer requirements.
- **Protocol Development**: Develop and improve testing protocols suitable for the company's instruments and to meet customer specifications.
- **Instrument Testing**: Test finished instruments using mechanical, chemical, and electronic methods as specified in the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including instruction manuals, qualification certificates, calibration reports, etc., in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- **Customer Demonstrations**: Perform online demonstrations of instruments to clients, showcasing their functionality and benefits.
- **Troubleshooting**: Investigate variations in instrument outputs, prepare detailed reports, and assist in the repair and troubleshooting of instruments received from customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the R&D and production teams to support the development and improvement of new instruments and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or chemistry laboratory (industrial or academic/research labs).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing and scientific reporting.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work in a systematic manner.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with laboratory instruments and equipment, particularly titrators and chemical testing instruments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in scientific instrumentation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
