**Job Description: Lab Technician**

**Position Title**: Lab Technician

**Location**: Wada

**Educational Requirements**:

- B.Sc. with 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment OR
- M.Sc. with 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sample Collection and Preparation**: Handle and prepare samples for analysis, ensuring accuracy and quality.

2. **Laboratory Testing**: Perform various tests and experiments as required by the laboratory protocols.

3. **Data Management**: Record test results, analyze data, and maintain accurate laboratory records and reports.

4. **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and assist in troubleshooting any technical issues.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow health and safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and manage hazardous materials safely.

6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior scientists and lab researchers to support ongoing projects and research.

7. **Inventory Management**: Assist in the management of lab supplies, including ordering new materials when required.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Good knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in a related field of research.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- Laboratory-based role with potential for evening or weekend shifts depending on project needs.
