**The Opportunity**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
▪ Work with large complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine, analysis problems

▪ Deliver dashboards and reporting on a regular cadence to allow business users to interact with the complex analysis work

▪ Contribute to near-term and long-range strategic planning

▪ Partner closely, collaborate, and develop deep relationships with different organizational departments

▪ Need to collaborate with IT, Cloud, Dev Ops, and other teams for governance, risk, and compliance-related activities

▪ Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

▪ Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies

▪ Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data analysis. steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends

▪ Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

▪ Impeccable problem-solving skills

**Job Requirements**:
▪ Strong knowledge of Data and Business Analytics

▪ Knowledge about Financial modelling

▪ A good to have is experience in governance, risk, and compliance

**Qualifications-**

▪ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or equivalent

▪ 2+ years experience in Financial modeling and Analytics from a consulting, investment banking, private equity, or Fortune 500 company

▪ Knowledge of SQL, R, Python

▪ Knowledge of Tableau, Excel, Qlik

▪ Exposure to Financial Modeling, basic accounting concepts,

▪ Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders

▪ Self-driven towards short/long term team's goal in fast pace/ambiguous work environment

▪ Organized, detail-oriented, willing to multi-task, and a team player

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
